Based on lender needs, the array of available services includes: loan closing packages with title search and examination; title insurance coverage with commitment to insure, policies and endorsements, closing protection coverage; accommodation for electronic delivery of closing instructions and immediate electronic delivery of closing packages; recordation.

Agency Services

Provision of title insurance products and support services for licensed settlement agents.

C&O Title has the knowledge and expertise to determine the nature and effect of clouds, adverse conditions or defects in title and will initiate a referral to counsel when representation may be necessary in the application of appropriate remedies to perfect title or to rectify other legal issues.
